I was already aware of most of th...Thanks for this. I was already aware of most of this because a friend of mine in University as running her family dairy farm. One other note, in Quebec (unless the regulations have chnaged over hte years) when a cow is being treated for mastitis with antibiotics, the milk produced by that cow is *not* allowed to be sold to the public.
